I’m home

which means I have excessive time to do nothing aka tumbl. Why is no one else on Spring Break?

Luckily, I’m able to get a lot of work out of the way so I’m not completely screwed for when I get back to school. I’ve also been able to find the time to make an acceptable fitness plan. I’d like to be able to run a 5k in a decent time by the end of April. From then I’ll be able to train for a half marathon. I started the 5k training today, I never thought I’d be able to stay on a treadmill for 30 minutes, but now that I know I can, it’s a great feeling.

I can’t believe how much I let myself go within the last two years. My goal is to get back into the shape I was in high school. I’ve been doing general cardio 30 minutes everyday for the past 3 weeks and I already feel so much better about my well-being and appearance. I thiiiink instead of a general tumblr this will turn more into a fitness progress log, so whoops don’t follow me I’m not fun.
